DAKINIS
Dakinis do not need wings to fly or glide through limitless
space, unaided. They are all around us as Protectors, Health Givers, Wish
Fulfillers and more. My visions bring me these women in all shapes and
forms and all are beautiful. They are not intended to be of any "age";
they show themselves as the beautiful, holy woman every woman is in her
heart.
'Dakini' is the Sanskrit (Ancient Indian) term, 'Khadro' is its Tibetan
equivalent. I see very little, if any difference between these and female
Saints.
A Dakini is the Enlightened Essence in all females, this is what
I see, so I paint this with respect and love.

Wisdom Dakinis are Fully Awakened
(female Buddhas), such as Tara.
Tara is done from a grid for her figure as
this is the traditional Tibetan Buddhist method. The rest of this painting
is as I see it.
